I am a Div 2 Med Endorsed Nurse with 15 years experience . More importantly, I am a mother of four boys. Three of my boys have asthma and are anaphylactic to nuts. Having experienced the uncertainty of sending my boys to school, to parties and into a world filled with nuts, I am passionate about Asthma and Anaphylaxis awareness, education and training particularly in pre-school and school settings.

My mission is to give practical and useful first aid skills and knowledge in the hope they will never be used but with the confidence that you can aid someone in need if the need arises.
